Who Processes The Payment?
Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, the internet number one credit card payment site.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders paid for via PayPal or cheques will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks.
I Am Not Happy With My Order - What Do I Do?
Don't worry - we maintain a 14 day exchange policy on all of our products. Just send us the goods back by registered post within 14 days enclosing your dispatch/returns note and we will issue a credit note for your order value. Please note that postage and packing charges are not refundable.
Is My Payment Safe?
Yes - all credit card payments are made using the PayPal secure encrypted site.
I'd Rather Not Pay With My Credit Card
That's OK - just select 'Pay By Cheque' at the Checkout, print out the order form and send the form together with a cheque through the post instead. All cheques take seven days to clear.
Where Will My Goods Be Sent To?
All PayPal orders will be sent to the address that your credit card statements go to. This address must be the address that PayPal send us when your credit card payment has been cleared.
Please note PayPal use a high security system to stop people using stolen credit cards on this site.
